Jessica + Billy | Wildcat Creek Park Wedding | Manhattan, KS | Rose Wheat Photography

This weekend presented an amazing day, full of the tiniest, most cared-for details, a beautifully happy couple, and the most beautiful of locations. Not a pearl was forgotten, or a flower unaccounted for as clouds blanketed the sky above them.
As Jessica carefully prepared to walk down an aisle covered in grass and shaded in Kansas trees, her guests gathered from across the country and patiently waited. Everyone grinned, laughed, and dipped through their day of vows, rings, & champagne. They had an intimate ceremony & reception with close friends and the dearest of family members, with which they all truly celebrated and enjoyed one another, welcoming a new season of Jessica and Billy's lives.
Experience their day of beauty and love below!

Before the ceremony, all of their guests (including Billy) walked together down the tree-covered path to the park. It was so serene, and it seemed to create a sense of community among the guests.

This was probably one of the most lovely father and daughter processionals I've ever seen. It was so peaceful an endlessly beautiful.

Every guest got a chance to hold their weddings rings and say something special over them.

They chose this location because it was not only sickeningly picturesque with the perfectly spaced trees, but it was also one of their most memorable date locations.

Following their ceremony, they poured all of their guests a glass of champagne and held a toast. It made for a joyfully festive moment following their first kiss as husband and wife.

In real life, they're real cute.

"It's us!" Jessica and Billy took care to make sure their cake topper perfectly matched their outfits that day. So adorably detail oriented. I couldn't hardly handle it.

Jessica and Billy were a fun-loving, sweet couple, and I'm so blessed to have gotten the chance to photograph their wedding! Shooting their wedding was on my "Manhattan Bucket List" due to the dreamy location. It helped that these two were pretty cool. :)
