Happy Thanksgiving, Everyone!
Hopefully all of you have successfully located your stretchy pants and are limbering up for the big meal. We'll be getting cozy at my parents house, settling in with the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, and hopefully contributing to some of the chopping, mixing, and (most importantly) tasting in the kitchen.
Thanksgiving is likely my favorite time, because it's a no-gift, low-pressure, family-centered, great-food kind of day---and it precedes Christmas craziness! So hopefully you are all getting the opportunity to have a peaceful day with family and friends, and you're soaking up the beauty of this national holiday. :)
In the spirit of all things thankful, I wanted to take a moment to share some words from past Rose Wheat grooms to their brides. After asking a handful of them (all on short notice!!) to contribute any words of thankfulness or appreciation they have for their wives, I am absolutely taken aback by the heartfelt words these men have said towards their women. It was so sweet to see e-mails trickle in from husbands absolutely adoring their wives, and resounding with gratitude for these them.
Brace yourselves friends! It's about to get ridiculously sweet. :)
With that I hope we're all reminded of the fruit of thankfulness, and the joys of expressing gratitude. :) Have a fantastic holiday friends!
