Every now and then you come across a couple that is just enamored with one another. Despite the amount of time they’ve been together, despite the intensity that is preparing for wedding, they’re still somehow ooey-gooey when they’re in each other’s presence. That, my friends, is Steph and Patrick.
They met in nursing school, and even though they were dating other people at the time, they had a feeling that their friendship needed to be a little something more, and thank goodness they followed through with that feeling! You could say they... stitched... together something new. Too much? ;)
While their ceremony in the Topeka First Methodist Church was gorgeous, and The Brownstone made for an immaculate reception, what I couldn’t help but notice the whole day was the way these two were connected. At one moment during the reception in the midst of hustle and bustle, I saw them wrapped up in conversation with their faces only inches apart. It felt like, for them, time stood still, and they could’ve been the only people in the room in that moment.
Know as you’re looking through their images that you’re seeing the real deal, friends, and I hope it warms your heart. Congratulations Steph and Patrick, for starting the first days of the rest of your lives together, and thank you dearly for letting me be a small part of it all!
